Bird Sanctuary

if you are referring to rockland bird sanctuary, it is not physically challenging at all. We went with Barrett adventures and loved it. It is actually someone's back porch. they have small bottles (like the airlines liquor bottles) filled with sugar water and you hold index finger out with the bottle near it. the humminbirds land on your finger and feed out of the bottle. they also had bird seed that you could hold in the palm of your hand and finches would land and feed. if you are a humming bird fancier, it is really a neat thing. The hummingbirds were beautiful and there were several different kinds that we don't have here in Texas. We have two feeders on our front porch and love to watch the hummingbirds when they feed. each one has its own personality.
