Whats the formal night on POA?

I was on the POA in Aug. 2004 and our formal night was the second day out. (the short day in Kauai.) Since that was over a year ago and the POAM has come on line and the itinerary has changed, it may be different.

The formal nights on all NCL ships are OPTIONAL. You can wear resort casual to any dining room, even the specialty ones. This is true even on the formal nights. You will find that it runs about 50-50 between those dressed up and those not. I have never dressed up on an NCL cruise and I don't take a tie or suit. You will not feel out of place on formal night if you are not dressed up. I have seen people at tables all dressed up sitting with those not dressed up!

Now if you want to dress up, you certainly can and feel just a comfortable. That is the great thing about Freestyle, the choice to dress as you want!

Have a great cruise, Hawaii is a great place and the Pride of Aloha is a great ship!
