chellebells Posted October 17, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 17, 2017 Will anyone be able to confirm if the Breakaway Haven 2 bedroom has a double sleeper couch and bunk in the 2nd bedroom and a single sofa bed in living room? I am reading conflicting info as to which sofa bed is the double... Thank you
kelseys mom Posted October 17, 2017 #2 Share Posted October 17, 2017 I had this type of room in august the second bedroom is VERY small for 2 adults we were 4 women so 2 slept in the master one in the second bedroom and one in the living room... the 2 that were suppose to sleep in the second bedroom used the top bunk for storage because there wasn't enough .... the sofa bed was larger then the top bunk so maybe it was full size? Hope that answers your question
Disney323 Posted October 17, 2017 #3 Share Posted October 17, 2017 We just got off the breakaway on Sunday. Yes, the 2nd bedroom has a pull down bunk from the top (not sure of the weight limit, my 11 yr old and 8 yr old swapped nights sleeping up there. It doesn't look too comfy for an adult.) The bottom bed would comfortably fit one person, if needed 2, you'd have to sleep with head against the wall and your feet/legs would hang off. Yes, there is a fold out bed in the living area...doesn't seem comfy, and seems about the same size as the one in the 2nd bedroom. Here is my Youtube video with the room tour (You can find other videos of Haven stuff on that Youtube page as well.)

Glide_Path Posted October 18, 2017 #5 Share Posted October 18, 2017 During my research for the 2 bedroom haven, I couldn't find too many pics of the 2nd room. Hope these will help.... This was on the Getaway 2 weeks ago. -The 2nd bedroom is very small. Top bunk fits 1 passenger/300 lb max. The sofa bed can be made into a single or a double configuration. In my case, I'd asked for it to be made into a double. It felt bigger than a full size mattress, but smaller than a queen size bed to me. The sofa bed was pretty stiff, as you're basically depending on the sofa cushions for support. They did give us a thin mattress pad, but didn't really help much. We fit 2 adult + 1 toddler in the 2nd bedroom. The small closet did fit 2 roller bags when double stacked. The 3rd bag had to be kept in the living room. With the sofa bed fully extended, and the ladder attached, you cannot open the bedroom door fully.... more like less than 50% of the way. The room is very tight, but in our case it worked well for our purpose of just using to sleep/restroom.
Glide_Path Posted October 18, 2017 #6 Share Posted October 18, 2017 Here's one more with the ladder attached to the bunk..... it's going to be tight.
chellebells Posted October 18, 2017 Author #7 Share Posted October 18, 2017 Glide_path thank you for replying...unfortunately the pictures did not come through. You did put my mind at ease stating that the second bedroom couch could in fact be made up for 2 people. Since we booked during the 3rd and 4th free promo my friends just paid the taxes and port fees. I am sure they won't mind a tiny bedroom. ;)

chellebells Posted October 18, 2017 Author #10 Share Posted October 18, 2017 Wow, you weren't kidding about being tight quarters! All the more reason to not be in your room but enjoying the ship
BEACHBARB Posted October 18, 2017 #11 Share Posted October 18, 2017 And call the concierge desk before hand and ask for egg crate for sofa bed. Much more comfy but you have to find space to keep it during the day. Also request anything else you may require - like empty the fridge and specify if you want both gummy bears and M&M's etc. 855-625-4283
