Dance_With_Wolves Posted October 22, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 22, 2017 Having used Captain Bob for a very enjoyable trip in the past (March 2013), we had booked with him for our cruise out of San Juan at the coming Christmas time again. Unfortunately post hurricane issues at the San Juan airport led to our carrier cancelling our flights. We ended up having to cancel our cruise and our trip with Captain Bob. Captain Bob was very understanding and prompt with our deposit full refund right way. If only Royal Caribbean was as understanding and treated their customers as well.. After our trip was cancelled yesterday, We already have been looking for going back St Martin to have excursion with Captain Bob next trip.
