What to do in Grand Cayman?

One of our ports is GC, we have been to stingray city and loved it, but this time would love to find a nice area of beach to just enjoy the water and possibly do some snorkeling. Is there any area of beach you can recommend?

Thanks for any info. Or if you know of a great tour that would include beach time, that would be great too.

You might also want to post this on the Cayman Islands board on Cruise Critic. I think you'll get better responses there than you would here.

I know that there is a place called Eden Rock right near where the tenders drop you off where there is supposed to be some great snorkeling. But there is no real beach there. But there should be no shortage of fine snorkeling beaches on Grand Cayman.
