Vista embarkation, is Blue Iguana and Cucina del Capitino open?

hi there, I have read that the Lido buffet and especially Guy's is crazy at around 2 on embarkation day on the Vista. Is the Blue Iguana open for burritos then? And is the free pasta bar at Cucina del Capitano also open? If yes to either one are they much less crazier then the Lido area? Thanks

Yes, they should be all open. We went to Cucina del Capitano on the Breeze and it was not crowded at all on Embarkation day. Very relaxed. I suggest going there to avoid the crowds. Cucina is separate from the lido located on the floor above it, that's why it's unknown to new guests and away from the mess.
