finallyfree Posted December 10, 2005 #1 Share Posted December 10, 2005 I read awhile back that someone suggested a premium place to sit to wait to be checked it at the Galveston port for Carnival Cruises. I can't find the post. I think it was in "blue chairs" or against a certain wall. Can anyone clarify this for me?
jetskier Posted December 10, 2005 #2 Share Posted December 10, 2005 It thought it was to the left rear. Dave
Rowan555 Posted December 10, 2005 #3 Share Posted December 10, 2005 When we were there, there were two large sections of chairs that went all the way to the back wall, then a very small section of chairs all the way to the left (as you are facing the chairs). They let people onto the ship starting with the last row of the small section of chairs all the way to the left. When we arrived at 10:30 the back rows were full, so we sat in the second row from the front - we were on our way up the ramp to the ship within 5 minutes. So try to sit in the back rows of the small area on the left, but ANYWHERE in that left section is good.
cruznon Posted December 11, 2005 #4 Share Posted December 11, 2005 Thanks for the info. Is this only in the Carnival terminal/section of terminal? We leave from Galveston next sat on Celebrity.
