clemco22 Posted November 1, 2017 #1 Share Posted November 1, 2017 4 of us are driving to Ft Lauderdale in January. Arriving day before cruise. Looking for a hotel to stay overnight and leave vehicle. Shuttle to ship and shuttle back to hotel at end of cruise to Get vehicle. Not looking to pay a fortune but realize that we’re looking for quite a lot. Any recommendations? Relatively current pricing would be great as well. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
Clarea Posted November 1, 2017 #2 Share Posted November 1, 2017 We like Springhill Suites, Dania Beach. Free shuttle to the cruise terminals, but extra cost shuttle back to the hotel after the cruise. Best to view the website for current pricing. KimA75 Posted November 1, 2017 #3 Share Posted November 1, 2017 I looked at hotels (I can't remember which ones now) and alternative parking. We will do the same as you in December. However, we are going to leave the hotel and use Park N Go to leave our car. It was cheaper that the hotels and port parking and had good reviews. PALMS1124 Posted November 4, 2017 #7 Share Posted November 4, 2017 La Quinta Ft. Lauderdale Airport, they have shuttles to the port, free breakfast and prices are reasonable.
skid10 Posted November 4, 2017 #8 Share Posted November 4, 2017 We have booked through buyreservations.com several times and have always been pleased. Price includes one night stay, 7-14 days parking depending on the hotel and free shuttle to and from the airport or cruise port. Some hotels also include continental breakfast. I think the most we ever paid was about $150 which is about what a week's parking by itself costs. They usually give you several hotels to choose from.
