rough and ready Posted November 4, 2017 #1 Share Posted November 4, 2017 we will be sailing on the Grand Princess to Hawaii very soon. This is our 6th cruise with Princess, but the others were shorter than the 15 days with this one. How many bottles of wine are we allowed to take on board. I know there is a corkage fee if we take one to dinner. Other than that, are we limited to how many we can bring on board?
easyboy Posted November 4, 2017 #2 Share Posted November 4, 2017 Each passenger of drinking age can bring one 750ml bottle of wine per voyage on embarkation to be consumed inside the stateroom. $15 corkage per bottle will be charged for every excess of allowed limit, or taken to MDR or bar/lounges Sent from my iPhone using Forums
MarkSeattle Posted November 4, 2017 #3 Share Posted November 4, 2017 No limit, but there is the $15 corkage fee for more than the one allowed per drinking age passenger. Just got off the Grand, the wine checkin table was essentially optional/voluntary in SF. Could have rolled a case onboard with no corkage fee if you plan to pour your drinks in your cabin. No issue taking a glass you poured to dinner or another venue, you just can’t bring the bottle.
