Junior suite on Harmony or large balcony???

We are cruising Dec 2017 on the harmony. For about $500 total, we can upgrade to a junior. We purchased one drink/internet combo package. We also purchased the bogo specialty restaurants for the first 2 nights. Is this upgrade worth it, what other perks will we get? TIA

It's borderline worth it to us at that price. Best perk is dinner at Coastal Kitchen,

Correction, I thought the price was $250 per person but it was total. We did it.
