We are in port in Phuket from 9am till 6pm and are planning a two hour session at Flying Hanuman ziplines starting at 1pm.

They do a complimentary transfer but since we won’t be staying at a hotel, we (2 adults + 3 kids) need to nominate somewhere to be picked up.

Any suggestions?

My best guess is that a ship the size of the Sapphire, at that time of year, will tender to the floating jetty at the south end of Patong beach.

A good pick up point would be the Sea View hotel - turn right as you leave the jetty and the hotel is about 50m on your left.

We ended up tendering to the Aao Makum pier on the opposite side of the island. Our tour operator was happy to change the pick up plans on the day when we realized where we were going to be landing - and we had a wonderful day in Phuket!

Thanks for the feedback - ships the size of the Sapphire usually struggle to get into the Panwa dock. We have docked there in the past on a much smaller ship. Glad you enjoyed Phuket.
