Seeking Arkansas Couple Who Sent This Message in a Bottle From a RCCL Cruise

I'm just hoping to find the folks who sent this message in a bottle my mom found. I'm NOT encouraging anyone to send messages in bottles, and I know you're not supposed to send them from cruise ships. We are all well aware of the plastic pollution problem--let's not rehash all that here, please.

 

However, an Arkansas couple sent a very sweet note in a (glass) bottle from a Royal Caribbean cruise in 2007, and my mom found it years later. Now, we're just trying to connect with these folks and hopefully make some new friends.
