Does Princess have a priest on board for Mass on Sunday?

Hi

Have been on three Princess cruises and only had Mass on the Royal during a British Isles itinerary. They invited a local priest to come aboard for the service. The other two cruises had interdenominational prayer services on Sundays.

I think Catholic priests are on board for Easter and Christmas cruises only.

No priests at the two Sunday church services we attended on our two Star Princess cruises (Mexico in 2002, and Alaska in 2003). As Catholics, though, we appreicated the time together to worship with the other Christian cruisers.

Good question. When we were on the Golden a couple months back, there was Catholic mass a couple of times throughout the week WITH a priest. I have always noted on our many cruises that there has been Catholic mass, along with Friends of Bill W meetings, etc. The cruise line really does a wonderful job of covering most bases for us travelers.
