Is anyone going there soon that will be willing to speak to someone there on my behalf?

 

We went there last month, paid$40 for a dvd which we were told would be delivered to the ship. It never arrived and when I phoned them from the ship I was told they would post it to me. That was 5 weeks ago and despite emailing them twice I have had no reply or no dvd.

 

I still have my receipt.

 

Anyones help would be greatly appreciated.

I am sure it will come. It took us 3-4 months to get our tape of the horseback riding that we did in the ocean. I really forgot about it and then one day it was in the mail. It is a little like a Mexican minute, I am sure it will come, but it will take awhile.
