cruzinfourfun Posted November 27, 2017 #1 Share Posted November 27, 2017 On a new booking can you book the refundable rates then later change to refundable? How is the deposit affected? Would the amount be the same ?
Ken at the beach Posted November 27, 2017 #2 Share Posted November 27, 2017 You may book a refundable and change to a non refundable but not the other way around. Same deposit amounts.

My understanding is you will get pricing in effect at the time of this change....

That is correct, so it may not make sense to later change. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Forums mobile app
cruzinfourfun Posted November 27, 2017 Author #5 Share Posted November 27, 2017 I see I mis wrote my question. What I wanted to ask is - if I book a new booking as refundable & later decide to change it to non refundable, can I do it? The answers above say I can and the deposit isn't affected. I would be subjected to promotion in affect if I change to non refundable.

You would have to book at the nrd price when you decide to switch. When we booked our next cruise, nrd was not an option. By the time nrd was available, the cruise has gone way up in price, to where the nrd is now 150pp more than what we paid, with the refundable even more.
