WiFi Calling on HAL

Has anybody used T-Mobile WiFi calling on the HAL WiFi package.? Will the WiFi calling even work onboard and was their any cell phone charges involved?

I do not have T-Mobile, but AT&T. I called using Facebook Messenger and had no problems. It was charged to my WiFi package, but there were no cell phone charges involved.

I am just off the Westerdam and had the mid range WiFi package. I used Facebook Messenger many times to call my wife back home and it worked fine. There were a few dropped calls but for the most part I was able to connect without any problems and without any other charges.

We were on the Westerdam and had the full cruise package. We used Skype to make many calls (voice, not video) and they worked perfectly, with no dropouts. we were travelling from Venice through the Med, and then trans Atlantic to FLL. No problems with VOIP or even VPN.
