Is the thermal spa pass for adults only? Why is it good to have?

Yes, it's for adults only... and that's one of the best reasons to have it. It's good to have if you like some quiet time for yourself, if you enjoy a much less crowded space with a wonderful hot tub and sauna. Not sure if there's an ice room on Breakaway, but it was so nice on the Escape. Hands down, my favourite place on the ship is the thermal spa.

Not sure if there's an ice room on Breakaway

I believe Breakaway and Getaway have the salt room instead. Love it!
