Which company cave tubing excursion can you match to Carnivals cave tubing excursion to get the price match from Carnival?

We submitted a form online through the carnival website and I just pointed out the differences, all were in favor of the private company such as shorter travel time and we wouldn't have to carry our tubes and for a cheaper price.

If Butt's Up had so many things in favor of them, and were cheaper, then why go with Carnival Shore Excursion?

My husband has anxiety about using tours outside of Carnival. Using carnival gives him peace of mind that we won't miss the ship. We tend to have bad luck. Hoping at some point , we can make the switch but he isn't ready yet. As long as we are able to do an excursion, and price match, im OK with it. If we didn't do carnival, he would worry the whole time and ruin the experience for both of us.
