Pride of Aloha Checking Luggage Early?

My flight gets in at 10AM which if all goes right should have me at the pier at 11AM. I don't believe check in occurs until later. Rather then wait around I am thinking of checking in the large luggage and going to see the Arizona assuming I can get a ticket.

 

My question to anyone who has sailed POA. Do they allow you to check your luggage before you are officialy checked in? More importantly do you happen to know if the service is likely to be available at 11AM.

 

I got all my tags with my documents so I am thinking I am good to go if they allow you to check in the luggage early.

You will have no problem checking in at that time. We were checked in and on board by about noon and certainly weren't the first. Also, you check your luggage outside and then go inside to officially check in for the cruise, so you should be fine.
