NCL Getaway H4 Bed Set Up Question

Hello! My parents and I are sailing on the NCL getaway early next year; we are booked in an H6. I've been on the fence about bumping up to an H4, trying to decide whether a second bedroom or large balcony is the better option. The price of an H4 has dropped considerably (there is a great deal of inventory), and the cost to change rooms is negligible.

Aside from my concern about the small balcony and possible about motion (forward high-level deck), I'm also concerned about the bed size in the small second bedroom: everything I've read says there is a double pull out in that small second bedroom, but all the photos I've seen seem to show a pullman up top and a twin/single below (from what I've read, the pull-out couch in the H6 can become a queen).

I've search the threads here, and I can't find anything to help clarify. Would appreciate assistance.
