seabass23 Posted December 15, 2005 #1 Share Posted December 15, 2005 We are booked on Infinity for the 10-Day Mexican cruise out of SF in April. I noticed the Infinity was going in for drydock for about a week+ in late March. Just wondering if anyone knows anymore details on what they are doing to the ship (i.e. what they are replacing, adding any new amenities, etc., etc.). chessbriar Posted December 16, 2005 #2 Share Posted December 16, 2005 It's just the usual drydock they do every 2-3 years for mainantence they can't do with passengers around or things that need to have the ship out of the water. Nothing big. Sorry, It takes more than a week to make major changes. So you can expect some new carpeting and upolstery. Redoing tiles in the bathrooms that are broken. Those types of things. There will also be overhauls with regard to the mechanical aspect of the ship.
