JW Marriott in Miami

Got a great rate at this hotel for our pre-cruise stop over in Miami before heading to San Juan on January 28th.

Has anyone stayed here before? What did you think of it? :confused:

Great hotel, definitely 4 star plus, we stayed there this summer. $10 cabride to Bayside marketplace and $15 cabride to the port. You'll love it.

Spectacular hotel. JW stays there himself (if the Mandarin Oriental is full)when he's in town. Be sure to have the eggs benedict at Isabela's for breakfast. ;)

It's a wonderful hotel, not as nice or expensive as the Mandarin Oriental or Four Seasons, but very VERY nice! It's a lot nicer than a regular Marriott, Hyatt, or Hilton.

I booked 8 months ago - so the rate I got was $129.00 per night. I actually posted the rate at the time on here so everyone could take advantage of it - it's for AAA card holders. The same room today is going for $349.00. I'm a compulsive planner - pays to book ahead :)

Thanks for giving me info on the hotel. I booked blindly never having stayed at a JW before. Glad to hear it is a nice hotel!
