Jade Signature Trio Specialty Dining

Just saw this on the NCL website for the Jade. Dining at these 3 restaurants Steakhouse, French Bistro and Italian rests for $75.00 per person. Is this a good deal?

Which website were you looking at? I think it probably wasn't an official NCL page, or it was a really old archived page. As far as I know, they haven't offered the signature trio for several years. Nowadays you can buy a 3-meal SDP (specialty dining package) that you can use at any 3 restaurants, for $69 + 20% gratuity (advance purchase price). If you buy more meals, the cost per meal goes down more.
