New sales?

I know Carnival is not going to announce new sales before they start, but traditionally does anyone remember if Carnival does new sales on 1/1 or early in January? When I look at my current offers, there is only 1 and it's just a 2 category upgrade. Usually when I look I see a couple for past guests as well as sometimes a Casino rate and sometimes Military discounts.

I received an email today from the Casino with an offer withcasino cash and great rates, but the rates won’t be revealed until midnight tonight.

They have new ones all the time.

Thanks. As of this morning I have a red bar at the top of the Carnival website saying "CARNIVALDAYS SEASON IS HERE" but no new offers and the prices I saw in Dec are the same as what I see this morning.

I saw the same thing. I have been watching two different cruises in March and it's the same price as yesterday, last week and mid December. I will skip Carnival and sail NCL or RCL.

 

A slick marketing promotion does not hide the fact that their cruise prices and about $200 more per person than the current market.

For the first time I've noticed that an online TA has much cheaper prices than the Carnival website for 1 of the 2 sailings I'm considering. The other one is the exact same as is normally the case.
