Any idea if this new internet package is still available on the Norwegian Escape?

They do offer a social media package on some ships and they have been adjusting prices and bandwidth too the article is old March 07, 2017 you are much better off contacting NCL directly for an answer

I just called and asked about the Internet on the Getaway, as online I am not being shown any internet package options to buy.

 

The woman I spoke to said the Getaway had the choices of 100 minutes, 200 minutes or unlimited for $29.99 USD a day. I asked if the social media package was available and she said she couldn't see it but it might be available to purchase once on board.

First time considering purchasing internet, if we purchase unlimited internet does only one person in the state room need to purchase it and is it good on multiple devices?

I had unlimited internet on Getaway in September. It was one device only. That said, it was pretty fast.

A one-day unlimited plan sounds good to me.

There is no one-day unlimited plan. It is 29.99 per day times the number of Cruise days. You must buy it for the entire cruise not just one day or a few days.

I had the unlimited on the EPIC for 11 days I used 7GB of data. Epic does not allow any kind of video streaming and I believe they blocked music too speeds were dial up up to about 1MB most of the time.

I was hoping they'd update their packages by now. However they only offered the old standards of 100 min, 200 min, or unlimited on both the Sky and Epic in October and December. I'm on the Bliss in April for the TA so I'm really hoping they'll have an alternative that can compete with Carnival on their newest ship. If not I guess I'll be paying $360.
