BOGO speciality restaurants on Oasis class ships

can anyone tell me which of the restaurants are included in the BOGO offer

 

are the same redtaurants always included in the deal or does it depend on the ship.

I've seen people report Giovanni's and Sabor and others report Chops, Giovanni's, and Sabor. I think it stinks that RC won't clearly indicate what people are buying when they opt for this deal.
