My family and I booked this cruise on Carnival. Just wondering if anyone has travelled during this time period. How is the weather? Also, Its my first time on Carnival. I've been on Princess and Norwegian and have always liked the freestyle options. I am a little concerned about feeling confined with the two seating dining option. Will I feel confined? Has anyone had experience with the two styles? Which do you prefer? Also, any must sees while on the itinerary? Any tips on cruising out of the west coast? This will be our first time. Thanks.

I will be on the same cruise in March. I haven not sailed on NCL since they changed to freestyle. If the seating for Carnival is too confining, the lido buffet area is open for dinner.
