Theme nights

We are on Serenade of the Seas next month and were wondering, for the theme nights, should we be packing anything? How do we find out what they are?

On the Serenade they had a Caribbean night which they do on most ships. Usually you dress up in something flowery like Hawaiian. I bought a colorful dress on one of the islands to wear that night and my husband bought a hawaiian shirt.

I have read where some ships have a Fifties Night and a Western night....asked TA and she said it was up to individual Cruise Directors on each ship to set theme nights.

 

Anyone know if they have these theme nights on Legend of the Seas? We are looking for an excuse to pack another suitcase.

I don't recall ANY theme nights on our recent Legend cruise. This would have been great fun. :)

I was on the Serenade last month ~ the only theme night was Caribbean...if you don't have anything and need to purchase something for this night go to Rima's in St Martin ~ they have everything you would need and really great prices.

Don't waste time packing for theme nights. Virtually none of the passengers ever dress for these things. The Cruise Director's staff are about the only people you will see in costume.
