Ultimate Dining Package Help

I noticed the Ultimate Dining package changed from $50PP to $35PP like the 3/4/5 night packages. We really enjoy Izumi and so this along with lunches being included is what made the larger cost a buy for us. From reading around it seems like RCCL should be honoring the $50PP Terms you booked under, but once on-board this can of course be a nightmare to prove. Izumi is likely to be one of our primary restaurants, and I want to ensure I get the $50PP a la carte credit promised. Two main questions are...

 

1) Have multiple people cruised after the change and did you have issues or was this actually something RCCL's system handled with no issues?

 

2) Does anyone have something I could print out showing the dates and that it was indeed $50PP to have a little more backing to what I might have to escalate to the restaurant staff?

 

If it is just flat not being honored we'd likely save money and use the 3-4 night package instead so I wanted to ensure we did this right.

Just a note that $35 at Izumi is a bunch of food, so you are not likely to be disappointed even if they limit you to $35.

I don't think it'll be a lot of money over if we do, but I'm just trying to get something on paper that shows what the terms were when we purchased it, there's several forum posts about the change, but I wanted to know if anyone had something that spelled it out direct from RCCL.

We were given the $50 allowance for the package we booked last night on Radiance. The reservation card in the room left for us listed the allowance as $50 too. I managed the $50 but the rest of the family were well short. I had difficulty standing after the meal... Really the $50 allowance is too much - only a pig like me can get to that number.
