Plant based diet? Gluten free? No meat diet? Anyone with input on how these meals we

Going on edge in December. Would love to hear from others that stuck to a clean diet while on ship! Jo

Can't say how Edge will be but I was on the Infinity. Really easy to find whatever you want/need at the buffet. Grilled vegetables and stir-fry always on option at lunch and dinner. Gluten-free bread available there too. MDR has options if you request them. Can always contact Celebrity before sailing about your dietary needs.

Vegetarian is very easy to adhere to. Gluten free will limit your choices a good deal. Others report they try to accommodate Vegan but your options will be very limited and need to be requested ahead of time. Although I wouldn't assume vegetarian and clean eating go hand in hand with mass produced food.

So far we've only sailed with Royal Caribbean (trying Princess this fall) but for dinner we always use MDR. I've been a vegetarian 25-30 years now and never stray. I just live with a pasta dish and salad each night. Never been a problem. Drives my wife nuts, but I always manage to drop about 5 pounds or so each cruise.

The are great with gluten-free. Just choose the plant based items from that menu. If you aren’t allergic, you can simply choose the gluten free items from the menu and wing it in the buffets. If you are allergic, the head waiter will be your best friend.
