Vegetarian dining on Explorer of the Seas?

Recommended Posts

I can't speak for Explorer, but I have been on several cruises as a vegetarian (the last one as a gluten free celiac vegetarian) and I have never had just lettuce and pasta. They usually have at least 2 vegetarian appetizer and 1-2 vegetarian entrees, plus a pasta premivera option in the MDR, and many more up in Windjammer. She should have an excellent time!

I’m wondering how the vegetarian options are in main dining. We requested it for our daughter and I’m trying to reassure her it’s not just lettuce and pasta! :)

Thank you for any help!

There are usually some Indian entrees available, speak to your headwaiter.

I've travelled with a vegetarian a couple of times, once on Explorer OTS.

Yes - pasta is always an option but they normally will have variation throughout the cruise. I don't remember them ever being disappointed with the options. I also remember one time they got a veg-burger from Johnny Rockets brought down to the MDR for them!
