Livorno Shore Excursion question on Crown Princess

We took the Best of Florence and Pisa in Nov. 2015. I don't know if that is the same as the Ultimate Tour. We have always been happy with princess excursions but this one was disappointing. We were given only 30 minutes in Pisa but were given over an hour at a leather shop in Florence. The provided Tuscan lunch was at a restaurant in Florence, and was not good. Whatever meat we had was very tough. The tour of Florence was good & included many wonderful sites, but the guide was brusque & difficult to understsnd. The static on the ear buds made them useless. I hope your tour will be better.

I would recommend Rome in a Limo. Get a few people and it's much cheaper. We got to Pisa and had the Tower to ourselves. When we got the Academia to see David, we were able to walk right past the line.

Rome in Limo is the only way to go, for us they are the only option in Rome or Florence.
