Distance Lisbon Docks to Railway Station

On disembarking Odyssey after our TA crossing we need to get from the docks to either Sant Apollonia or Oriente railway stations for the train to Porto. Both stations seem relatively close but has anyone experience of the time we should allow given early morning city traffic etc. Thank you

If it’s any help, Santa Apolonia station was walking distance from where I boarded Europa2 last October

We spent 6 weeks in Lisbon this past fall. We passed through the Santa Appolonia station many times, and left from this station when we took the train to Porto. On many days there were cruise ships in port just outside the station. There is a new cruise ship port under construction a little further down the river, not sure when it will be in service. The current terminal is within short walking distance of Santa Appolonia, and the new one will be just a little further. Hope this helps.
