There's is not much you can SEE at Atlantis without some sort of pass, especially since kids are not allowed in the casino and that the only thing open without a pass. You could wander the Marina Village (which is adjacent to the Atlantis property), or go to the crystal court shops in the old coral/beach towers, but you won't be allowed inside the main lobby or even a glimpse of the outside property, pools, animals or displays without a pass.

The Aquarium pass runs round $40pp and allows access to the DIGS and predator Lagoon, but still not to the outdoor property, gardens or pools.

 

I suggest you go to one of the free beaches in Nassau or cabbage beach on Paradise Island, or get a day pass at one of the hotels in Nassau/Cable Beach.
