Photo Book missing pages - who do I contact?!?

We just sailed on the Freedom Jan 20-28 and ordered a photo book of our vacation. It arrived yesterday but the first page (front and back) is missing!! :o:eek::mad: There was no information inside the box - looks like it was just drop shipped from the printer to us. We confirmed the book layout on the computer with the staff in photos when we placed the order, but I fear that those pictures are deleted when the sailing is over.

 

Does anyone know what I can do or who to contact?

 

Side note: The book quality and page layouts have really gone down in quality since the first book we made in 2010. :(
