Looking to see when the best time to get the best price on the deluxe drink package would be? do they give any specials around any holidays? Sailing Anthem of the seas end of October.

The drink packages go on sale but sales are unpredictable. You have to check your cruise planner regularly for the prices. When you see a price you are happy with buy. If you see it cheaper at a later date, you can cancel and re-book.

Be aware that if you cancel, the money will take a few days to be returned to your credit card. If you use OBC to purchase then cancel, the OBC will show up instantly.
