verizon service on NCL star mexico

Did anyone with Verizon wireless get service in mexico on NCL star?

I know that there is servise in mazatlan, cabo an dpuerto vallarta. But remember that internatinal charges for roaming will be added to your bill. This varies in every city you call from.:)

The Star has AT&T - Cingular towers onboard. This uses digital simm technology. If you can roam on an AT&T or Cingular network your phone will work onboard while at sea. Just reme,ber that your calls originate in the Bahamas as that is where the ship is registered...so long distance charges will apply..big time.
