Adventure of the Seas or Carnival Breeze for first timers?

We are looking at Spring Break 2019 cruises, and are in between the Breeze and Adventure of the Seas. The Breeze goes to Amber Cove, Grand Turk, San Juan, and St. Thomas, while the Adventure goes to Cozumel, Costa Maya, Grand Cayman, and Falmouth. We are a family of 4 with two teens, and will have to fly to either one. Prices are very similar. What should we choose and why?

Well, if I had to pick between the two, I probably would lean towards the Breeze just for the port selection: on that route the only one I have previously done is San Juan and we were there last month and loved it. Note that San Juan is primarily a shopping/walking around/eating and drinking kind of port, though, so your kids might be bored there. What things are your kids interested in?

 

I'm the type of person who's more interested in the destinations than the ship, so YMMV.

That’s what we were leaning towards. Honestly, they would be happy just relaxing on vacation. We will probably explore Old San Juan in PR.

Great food and good entertainment

Ship a bit dated get the first day over and she looks fine

Great fun been on 14 cruises
