Place for a Balashi in the afternoon with a view

We are doing the first Trike tour and then will have the remainder of the day. We do not leave Aruba until Midnight. We are looking for recommendations for someplace to go for a Balashi and some drinks. We are looking for someplace with an outdoor seating area with some shade and pretty views.

Does anybody know if this place exists? It does not necessarily have to be close to the port because we do not have a time crunch, but would appreciate if there is a hidden (not so hidden) gem out there, could you give me some idea of the taxi fare.

West Deck is walking distance from the port. Not sure if they had Balashi but they definitely had Amstel Bright. Right on the water, relaxed atmosphere.

West Deck is perfect. I'm pretty sure they have Balashi.

If you are reading the Crown Princess review by Bimmer over in the Princess Cruises forum, he's posted some pictures from West Deck. We have a reservation there on our upcoming cruise for dinner. He said its .7 miles from the ship, and a well lit walk and was comfortable doing so after dark.
