Renting a Car in St. Thomas?

My wife & I enjoy touring islands at our leisure and choosing when we come & go.

* Does anyone know if St. Thomas is easily navigated for someone not familiar with the island? Have rented on other islands such as St. Maarten, St. Kitts, but have never been to St. Thomas.

* Are there rental companies at the pier?

Yes its easy to navigate on the island. We do drive on the left, but you get used to that after a little bit.

 

Budget and Avis have offices right accross from the Havensight dock area. If you were docked in Crown Bay there are a couple rental offices that are fairly close, but not walking distance like at Havensight.
