Has Anyone Sailed From Nj, Ny Or Boston?

Have done NYC and Bayonne, both to Bermuda and both in June. No problems at all. Always take bonine just in case though. If you have a choice, though, leave out of Bayonne. That was so much easier compared to NYC, which was absolutely chaotic.

Just get on a boat! ;o)

We sailed out of Bayonne at the end of Sept. My DH is very prone to seasickness and he was a little sick the evening of the first full day out. Bonine, (which we got for free from guest services) did the trick and he was much better after the meds took effect (in like 20 minutes) he was fine the rest of the trip, though he did take the Bonine as a preventitive, the last 2 days on our way back up the coast and had no problem what so ever.

The convenience of being "on vacation" 30 minutes from home was well worth the slight seasickness. Much nicer than 30 minutes to the airport, waiting 2 hours for the flight, then a 2 hour flight then another 20 minutes to the ship if you went to Florida.
