Concierge email

Recommended Posts

I’m told since we are in a grand suite that the concierge will be emailing us a week prior to the cruise With information. My question is if I ask them to make reservations for the week at Coastal Kitchen so I don’t have to do it when I get onboard, will they do it?

We sail on Allure on April 8th so it’s coming soon.

Thanx for the help

Yes, they should email you and that is something they would be happy to do. There is a post on here that has the emails of the ship concierge. I would email if I hadn't heard from them within a week of your cruise. I have only studied in two suites so far and have they both have been very nice on reaching out to me. I asked for a few more things before the cruise and they took care of it for me before I even stepped on the ship. Happy Sailing!!!!!

They might. I did this once and they never replied to me. Went up to SL on day one and they had them done. They just forgot to email me back to let me know which caused a wasted trip up there during peak day 1 elevator time. Stairs were not an option from deck 5 carrying my toddler daughter. I’m sure they can get slammed with emails and easily get distracted by current and future cruisers.
