Majesty Cabin Question

My best friend and I are on the Majesty of the Seas on March 6. I just called and upgraded from an inside cabin to a oceanview cabin. We are now on Deck B2. I have never stayed down that low. I was wondering should we pay the extra $20 to move one deck up to deck A3 or is deck B2 okay.

If I'm booking an ov on the Majesty, I always go for the ones on deck 8, even though they have an obstructed view. I love the location and (close to the pool and the windjammer, only one deck up from the champagne bar) and they are usually a reasonable price. We are planning on booking connecting cabins for us and the kids for April '07 on deck 8. I think it will be great.

We were on deck 2 when we sailed Majesty in August. Had no engine noize or sewer smell that some complain about. As long as you are on the ship any floor will do.

we were on the 6th floor on the majesty 12/16/-12/19. we had 2 ocean view cabins........and one inside cabin.

 

it was a great location but if you want it quiet at night i suggest another floor. the promenade deck is above you and you hear people jogging on your head all night long.
