Internet on Voyager?

Recommended Posts

I hope that I haven't missed another thread that discusses this, but here goes...

We're leaving on our Voyager cruise next week, and are debating whether to take a laptop with us. The only real reason we want it is to be able to use webmail / MSN messenger, and do some limited web browsing (nothing graphics intensive). One laptop has a wireless card, and the other doesn't (but we have a wireless adaptor for it).

Anyone recently been on VOTS that can comment on the quality of either the "dial-up" or wireless Internet options, as well as the cost? Am i better off to just leave the computer at home? (I'm a bit of a computer junkie that likes to be attached 24/7)...
