Stingray sandbar tour boat question

My parents may be joining us on our 4/23 cruise and are really interested in the stingray tour. My question is this---my father had knee surgery this year and is a bit on the large size. Would he have a great deal of trouble getting in and out of the tour boat? He is recovered and has normal mobility now but I wouldn't want to risk him blowing out the knee if it is difficult to get back in the boat. Thanks!

This link has some pictures of the boats that Soto's uses. I was in a similar situation the boat we were on was pretty good. I would recommend contacting the company directly and asking them just to be sure.
