Disembarkation in Barcelona

Traveling on Symphony of the Seas in May. Return flight at 10:00am which RCCL booked for us. Itinerary says we arrive in Barcelona at 5am. Assuming this time is accurate and there are no delays, when does the ship begin self-disembarkation for those carrying off their own luggage? I realize this is a new ship but know there are other ships that have done this itinerary and times in past seasons.
