LondonTowner Posted March 31, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 31, 2018 We have been to SPB before the Faberge Museum opened. We are returning this summer and it is something I would like to see. However, I have read that it is not very accessible for disabled visitors. I will be taking a manual wheelchair. I can walk a short distance and do some steps. Can any one tell me if it is difficult or not. Thank you. Sent from my iPad using Forums
frogsgirl Posted April 1, 2018 #2 Share Posted April 1, 2018 hi Londontowner We are going to the Fabergé museum in May, like you we have been to SPB before and it wasn’t open. Iif you don’t get any responses from experienced travelers in the meantime I will happily report back to you on this thread. FG :D

viajes001 Posted April 1, 2018 #4 Share Posted April 1, 2018 From communicating with some your operators in SPB the Faberge museum has an elevator but it is often out of order. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
LondonTowner Posted April 2, 2018 Author #5 Share Posted April 2, 2018 viajes001 When we went to SPB before we booked with Alla Tours who were very helpful, so probably the most sensible thing is to ask them. If the lift is out of order I suppose I could walk up the stairs, but would prefer not to. Thank you. Sent from my iPad using Forums
