The muster station could fill up and they would not be able to add another guest.





If you frequent Cruise Critic, you'll see adding more people to a room denied a couple times a year due to ship at capacity. Easy to change out someone other than the primary person. Probably best to put in a name and remove later than get caught with the disappointment of not being able to add someone.
