Dining and drinks question

We have the beverage package but no specialty dining package. If we eat at Cagney's or Le Bistro, will our wine, cocktail, or after dinner drink be covered under the bev.pkg. and we would only pay a la carte for the food.

That's correct - your drinks will be taken care of, as long as they are under the per beverage price limit. You'll still pay for the food.

Yes, UBP pays for any drink (under $15) no matter where ordered, so it doesn't matter if you're on a dining package or paying out of pocket.
