San Juan Arrival Questions

Does anyone know how long it typically takes to clear the airport at San Juan. We are arriving on a Dash 8 from St. Thomas and due to a moved up departure time, we need to get through fast. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!

 

I assume since we came from the US, we are already cleared customs wise?

 

I have read about a Taxi desk you need to visit to arrange your cab? Any pointers?

When you come out the door of the airport there is a guy who will get you a cab and will give the driver a piece of paper with the price. I don't remember it taking more than 5 minutes, and we had 8 people and a lot of bags. We were put in 2 vans. I think it takes less than 30 minutes to the ship and about 5 minutes to check in at the ship at that time of night.

 

If your plane is on time you should make it to the ship by 8:15-8:20
